Gearbox Servicing

ZF the manufacturer of these brilliant boxes recommend a service interval of around 60,000 miles. For both ZF6 and ZF8 boxes we agree. We ONLY use genuine oil, pans, seals, bolts and follow genuine ZF procedures.
We can replace mechatronic seals, solenoids and more in depth gearbox servicing as well as a basic oil and filter. Prices start from £380.
Swirl Flap Deletes / Walnut Blasting
On all BMW 2 litre and 3 litre diesel engines from E series onwards, swirl flaps are part of the inlet manifold. Over time these can degrade and particularly in the earlier models, can lead to failure.
This doesn't sound too bad until you realise that the engine like to snack on these little plastic flaps! This can cause extreme engine failure.
Swirl flap delete is a good preventative maintenance, it is also a good excuse to get the inlet manifold cleaned and serviced for optimum performance and efficiency!
Often our customers pair this with a walnut blast for cleaning and a nice remap from our friends at Up North Coding!
General Servicing
We can undertake any general servicing requirements and give a discount for servicing completed as part of a larger job such as swirl flap deletes and gearbox services!

Spoke to Callum regarding my E60 which was horrendous in changing gears. It was slamming and slipping on most changes.
Calum recommended changing oil and pan along with mechatronic seals. Dropped it off to him and was ready by the next day.
Throughout the process he sent me videos for reassurance and let me know what was going on. He also gave the car a free health check picking up any other issues to be sorted in the future.
Picked up the car and drove it. Words can not describe how good it felt. All changes were smooth and the way the car was putting its power down was immense like never before.
